I am convinced that Mary Ann’s mediation skills enabled us to reach an agreement between family members that would have otherwise been impossible. Even in the face of an impasse, Mary Ann was able to keep communication alive and ultimately persuade all family members that the deal’s positives far outweighed the negatives. Throughout the process, she was strong and authoritative and yet calm and persuasive. If it were not for Mary Ann’s demeanor, we would never have come to agreeable terms. She is an excellent lawyer, and her mediation skills are superb!
